Important Information for Groups

We welcome group volunteering applications, but please note:

  • All students must apply individually through our registration portal
  • Each applicant will receive their own individual certificate
  • For group certificates: You can merge individual certificates and upload to your college portal
  • Group coordination should be managed by the students themselves

Note: The organization does not issue combined group certificates.

Online Registration

Visit the official website of RSSI NGO. Navigate to the Volunteering portal and register yourself by selecting the type of association as "Volunteer".

Identity Verification

After registration, you will receive an email with your candidate profile credentials and a secure identity verification link.

Log in to your profile and upload the required documents for verification. Only Aadhaar Card is accepted for identity verification.

Processing Time: Interview schedule within 7-14 business days after identity verification completion.

Interview Process

Upon successful verification, you'll receive an interview schedule. The selection process includes:

  • Document Verification: Visit RSSI centre with original documents
  • Personal Interview: Assessment of communication skills and suitability
  • Final Selection: Based on interview performance and document verification

Instead of Graduation Certificate:
Valid College ID Card
Current year ID card with photo
Current Study Proof
Any official document confirming current year of study
If current year proof unavailable, bring most recent academic certificate
Important Verification Rules:
  • Only original documents or live DigiLocker certificates are accepted
  • Screenshots, photocopies, or scanned copies will not be processed
  • Documents must be valid and legible

Amity University Students: You need to bring all 4 documents from the left column PLUS both items from the Amity-specific requirements.

Yes, all students must apply individually. Each applicant registers separately through our portal and receives individual certificates. For group submissions to your college, you can merge individual certificates and upload them together.

  • Aadhaar Card
  • 10th and 12th Marksheets
  • Graduation certificates (if applicable)
  • Updated Resume/CV
Note: DigiLocker live certificates are acceptable, but photocopies or screenshots are not.

Offline support (₹500 service charge) can expedite the process.

The HVCO 3-month internship is exclusive to Amity University, Lucknow campus students. However, our regular 4-month volunteer program is open to all eligible candidates. Both programs use the "Volunteer" association type during registration.
